How much does your service cost?
A standard consultation is $150 for the first hour, which covers diagnostics, repairs, and personalised support. After the first hour, additional time is billed at $50 per half hour, so you only pay for the time you need.
A call‑out fee also applies, depending on your location.

Do you offer Senior Discounts?
YES!, If you are over 65 years young! My hourly rate is heavily discounted, and my half‑hour rate is capped — even if your job takes two hours or more, you’ll never pay more than that first half hour. It keeps things simple, fair, and great value for you.
I do still charge a call‑out fee, but only to cover travel, and it depends on how far from Ipswich you are.
