How much does your service cost?
I bring my service right to your doorstep, so you don’t have to worry about going anywhere. The first hour is a flat $150, and if we need more time, it’s just $50 per half hour after that. Depending on where you live, there may be a small travel fee—check my Locations page for details. And here’s the best part: if I can’t solve your issue, you won’t pay a cent, not even the travel fee.
Can you fix my issue over the phone or remotely?
Remote support is available through TeamViewer for clients who prefer assistance without an in‑home visit. Standard consultation rates apply. However, for minor tasks requiring only a few minutes (e.g., reviewing an email or installing a program), a significantly reduced fee will be charged.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There is no Call out fee for all suburbs within the Ipswich City area. For those in the Scenic Rim, Somerset Region, or Lockyer Valley just a $20 fee will apply to those suburbs listed in my locations page

I am a sole trader/small business owner how much is your managed service?
My managed IT service is designed to be flexible and cost-effective for sole traders and small businesses. You can choose between a pay-per-call arrangement or a flat monthly rate—whichever suits your needs best. I’ll assess the software assets you’d like me to manage, the specific responsibilities you require (such as onboarding and offboarding staff, license management, and general IT support), and the time commitment involved. You have full control over which services you’d like me to handle, and this tailored approach directly influences your monthly cost, ensuring you only pay for what you truly need.
Do you service suburbs like Springfield, Goodna, and Boonah?
Absolutely! I look after every suburb in Ipswich City. I also look after parts of the Scenic Rim including Boonah, Harrisville, and Kalbar.

Do you offer seniors discounts
YES!, If you are over 65 years young! My hourly rate is heavily discounted, and my half‑hour rate is capped — even if your job takes two hours or more, you’ll never pay more than that first half hour. It keeps things simple, fair, and great value for you.

What does “No Fix No Pay” mean?
This is Bloomin Computers policy. If I can’t fix your issue to get things back to normal than you don’t pay my hourly fee and extras, not even the call out fee. That is my guarantee to you.
Do you offer same day computer repairs in Ipswich?
Yes! I offer same day computer repairs to any suburb within the Ipswich area.
Can you come to my home to fix my computer?
YES!, and not just your computer but your printer, Wi-Fi, mobile phone, tablet or any other smart home devices.
This is my predominant business model. delivery my service in the comfort of your own home or business.
