How much does your service cost?

I bring my service right to your doorstep, so you don’t have to worry about going anywhere. The first hour is a flat $150, and if we need more time, it’s just $50 per half hour after that. Depending on where you live, there may be a small travel fee—check my Locations page for details. And here’s the best part: if I can’t solve your issue, you won’t pay a cent, not even the travel fee.

Can you fix my issue over the phone or remotely?

Remote support is available through TeamViewer for clients who prefer assistance without an in‑home visit. Standard consultation rates apply. However, for minor tasks requiring only a few minutes (e.g., reviewing an email or installing a program), a significantly reduced fee will be charged.

I just live outside your area of operation in “Locations” can I still receive help

I’m available to travel outside my standard service area when needed. Please note that travel is subject to reasonable distance limits, and an additional fee will be applied on top of the standard drive‑out cost to cover extended travel.

I am a sole trader/small business owner how much is your managed service?

My managed IT service is designed to be flexible and cost-effective for sole traders and small businesses. You can choose between a pay-per-call arrangement or a flat monthly rate—whichever suits your needs best. I’ll assess the software assets you’d like me to manage, the specific responsibilities you require (such as onboarding and offboarding staff, license management, and general IT support), and the time commitment involved. You have full control over which services you’d like me to handle, and this tailored approach directly influences your monthly cost, ensuring you only pay for what you truly need.

Do you offer cash back for your e-waste service?

Absolutely! my e-waste pickup service is free for you and you can share in the cash back benefits for assets I am able to resell on. Which is a good way of putting money back into the kitty of your organisation, charity or business.
